Casventa is a registered fictitious name (d/b/a) of Trebol Ventures LLC, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate referral company located at 700 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. This policy covers the lead match service, including leadmatch.casventa.com, freehomeoffertoday.com, myhomesearchnow.com, and communications you receive from us by phone, text, or email.

When you request an estimate, cash offer range, or agent introduction, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address and details, photos you choose to upload, your timeline and preferences, and your responses during calls with our assistant. Calls may be recorded where permitted by law, and you will be told when they are. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address and browser type when you use our sites.

We use your information to prepare automated home value and offer estimates, to confirm your details by phone, to connect you with a licensed real estate agent or an independent licensed cash buyer suited to your situation, and to send you the results and follow-up you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.

To deliver the service you requested, we share your contact and property information with the licensed real estate agent or independent licensed cash buyer we introduce you to, and with the service providers that run our platform (such as hosting, telephony, and email delivery vendors) under contractual confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.

If you separately choose a participating mortgage lender and consent to that introduction, we share the contact and home search information you gave us with the lender you selected, for that purpose only. You are never required to select a lender, and we do not recommend one.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you check the consent box and provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your request, such as your estimate or offer range, call scheduling, and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts stops all of our automated outreach to you on every channel.

You can opt out of communications at any time: reply STOP to any text, say so on any call, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at support@casventa.com or 717-224-1945. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will honor your request unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, consent and licensing records).

We use the cookies and local storage needed to run the site, keep you signed in to a portal, secure forms, and remember a choice you make here (such as dismissing our privacy notice). We do not sell or share the information these store.

On the public pages we advertise (our home value, cash offer, listing agent, and buyer pages), we also use two advertising measurement tags: the Google Ads conversion tag and the ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel. They set first-party cookies on our site (Google: _gcl_aw and _gcl_au; ChatGPT: __oppref and __obref) that record the click that brought you here. When you submit a request, and at later milestones such as a completed introduction or a closed sale, we report that milestone to the advertising platform whose ad you clicked, keyed on that click identifier. For matching, we may also send a one-way SHA-256 hash of the email address or phone number you gave us; we never send them in readable form. These tags do not run on the agent, partner, or lender portals, and we do not use them to show you ads on other sites. You can clear or block these cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings and in your OpenAI account's ad settings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only sharing we do is the introduction you ask us to make — to a licensed agent, brokerage, or cash-buyer partner — which is the service you requested. Because there is no sale or targeted-ad share, there is nothing of that kind for you to opt out of. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal indicating you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We honor that signal automatically. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising in the first place, we already treat every visitor as opted out, and when a GPC signal is present we record that preference and do not show our privacy notice.

We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, licensing, and audit obligations, then delete or de-identify them. As a rule: recordings and transcripts of calls are kept for 24 months from the call, and personal information connected to an inquiry that does not lead to a transaction is deleted or de-identified within 36 months of our last contact. Consent records, and records connected to a completed transaction, are kept longer where licensing and audit rules require it. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
